Hi, the feedback I want to give is I would like the staff to be more up front with how much they're going to charge for services and tests rendered. After discussing with my insurance, there was a lot of back and forth between who is responsible for sharing that information, whether the agreed upon price was set by the contract from the office or from the provider. The staff is helpful and friendly. They reassure me and they inform me of what is going to happen. They are also well informed and they let me know what to expect. I really like Dr. Mosaed, she is kind and informative. Thank you, Dr. Mosaed.
Dr. Mosaed was awesome, as were the nurses, {staff name removed}, the assistant, was extremely helpful. Dr. Ye, the fellow, was also a 10. Dr. Mosaed is a 20. Thank you.
First appointment. Will not return. Doctor was rude, talked down to me and basically made me feel uncomfortable. Chastised for me not looking exactly where she wanted me to look. Kept making terse comments that were belittling. I'm 74 but consider myself sound physically and mentally. She may be a doctor and department head and since this was my first visit she knew nothing about me. I have as much post graduate training in my profession as she does in hers.
