Needed to bring my brother from Arizona to live with me. Dr Jesse was able to navigate his ongoing care after a 5 month hospitalization from an accident. He was very thorough regarding his health care needs and accessible through visits & messaging.
Dr. Jesse is very kind and knowledgeable and always helps me with whatever I need. Very happy with his care
Didn't feel like UCI health has my best interest for health care. I was at the clinic for stomach pains. Then went to UCI emergency and then schedule for follow up. Seems like there are no communication or history. Everything or every appointment is transactional and siloed.
Appointment was quick to the point. Very happy with the doctor.
Staff was outstanding as was Dr Jesse.
It's always a pleasure to go to my UCI CLINIC in Yorba Linda.
Everything was clean, everyone was very nice, and the process went very fast.
The front desk , the older lady a bit rude. "You're late. Your check in was at 10:20am. I did call you yesterday to remind you. Why were you late?" I was in surprise the time of voice she was expressing herself. Usually she's a kind person. I did mentioned that my appointment was at 10:40am and is about 10:30am. I was early but it seems to make her upset that I wasn't there by 10:20am.
UCI needs their primary/specialists should be able to call in "as needed" preventative RX's for women for bladder or yeast infections that women get occasionally instead of forcing them to make an appt with an urgent care when this type of episode occurs. FYI there is no way on Gods green earth that any woman with the symptoms of a UTI can even move, drive, work, walk or focus when this comes on. St. Jude is allowed to do it for their patients.
