No one there is an experienced hairdresser. They don’t listen to you. They tell you they are giving you a Master Colorist. I don’t think they even have one. I would have had a better experience dying my own hair in my bathroom!!! My hair has never looked and felt worse

Got my haircut by Ezra himself, which was pretty awesome :). Great staff and great service. First time im actually satisfied with my hair getting done. Thank you Ezra!!
They applied way too much heat to my hair while straightening. No one needs to pass a hot iron over the same piece of hair over 4 times. Great service, clean environment, however, they need more knowledge as to how to style naturally curly haired women without damaging it.
