The glowing reviews with a similar idiolect—all posted around the same time after the only patient complaint are a bit too obvious— to the point it makes me believe the only real review is, in fact, the complaint. Begs the question: if a professional medical office would stoop so low for a Google review, how low could they go in other areas of their practice?
Dr. Eisenhower was wonderful! He completely repaired my husbands shoulder. He reconstructed his ball joint and plated his humorous back together. He was very thoughtful and very knowledgeable. He was ready to answer any and all questions and give us all the info of everything. He was like I said wonderful!
Dr. Eisenhauer, NP Echo Mills, and the entire staff were wonderful when I had carpal tunnel surgery on both hands/wrists and right elbow surgery. They are friendly, answer questions, and take the time to explain everything. I highly recommend this entire team!
After breaking my wrist and having surgery by Dr Eisenhower, I followed up 3 days ago. I had my splint removed, xrays and a cast put on. After removing the splint. I was in extreme pain. The nurse was very rude and made snide comments because of my pain. She put on my cast. I dont sleep because she has my arm in such a twisted angle which feels like a constant Indian sunburn.
