On time, kind and complete exam and worked with my insurance.
He took his time to perform a complete exam and history, so I could have the best outcome with my glasses prescription. He used my existing frames for the glasses.
He's on my healthcare plan as an in network provider; nevertheless, he refuses to accept the insurance and charges $100 for a visit that is clearly covered according to my plan.

Emma made her appointment for routine vision care via ZocDoc without providing her insurance information. We called her twice in order to obtain her coverage information. Emma has BCBS for medical, and Eyemed for routine vision care. We called her BEFORE her visit to explain to her that we are a provider for her medical coverage (BCBS), but not for routine vision coverage, as we are not an Eyemed provider. She was aware that that we are not provider on her plan (Eyemed) before she arrived.
Very thorough, kind, helpful. Patient with his patients!!!!! hahaha Seriously.
