Dr. Stall and his staff are top notch. I was terrified of dentistry and had some dental issues when I first went to them. They took care of everything, while I watched Comedy Central. Fillings were all porcelain, so no ugly metal in my mouth. I now go every 6 months with no anxiety. They are caring, competent, and responsive.
Dr. Stall was so helpful when it came to a dental emergency over the weekend. My front tooth had broke completely in half! I was in so much pain and had called several other dentists before coming upon his website for services in my area. I am soo happy I found Dr. Stall. He answered the phone personally and stopped everything he was doing to assist me on a Sunday morning. Have had a number of dentists over the years in 3 states, and none like Dr. Stall and his staff. Fully explains everything beforehand, including costs and alternatives. Constantly asks about pain levels during procedures and if present deals appropriately to produce pain-free dentistry; always makes follow up calls to home after procedures to assess recovery-nights, weekends, even holidays. The first time I used Dr. Stall is when my three yr old son had an emergency on a saturday morning. His pediattric dentist and my dentist did not answer my calls. I called Dr. Stall at home and woke him up. Dr. Stall did not hesitate and told me to meet him at his office with my son in 30 minutes. Dr. Stall performed surgery on my son's teeth for over an hour and it was a success. I had my enitire mouth worked on in one way or another including extractions, implants, bridges. I can honestly say that all my treatment was gentle, painfree and successful. The entire staff from the moment you walk in the door are friendly and understanding. Procedures, costs, payment options, length of time treatment takes are all thoroughly explained. Dr. Stall has been my dentist for over 10 years and has always done a great job maintaining my dental needs. I have a ppp plan and it costs me a little extra to see him, but it is well worth the small amount to know that I am getting the best dental care. I am confident in his skills and the results have supported this.
Our family started with Dr. Stall before he opened his WC office and was working in Upper Providence, PA. We were so impressed with his skill, personality and knowledge that we followed him to his office in WC. There we have been treated with the utmost kindness and warmth that even our children have never dreaded that "trip to the dentist." Dr. Stall has been my husband, and my 2 children's dentist for the 3+ years that we have lived in West Chester, PA. I have had numerous treatments (many of which are extremely invasive) and Dr. Stall has always taken every precaution to keep me comfortable. He is very professional and very diligent in his work. I have been very happy with the procedures that he has done. His staff is very friendly and take a genuine interest in getting to know their patients on a personal level, as does Dr. Stall. I reccommend him highly!!
I have known Dr.Stall since i was 18, currently I am 41 years of age. Over this time period, for various reasons not service related, I have been to several dentists and have always come back to Dr.Stall.
