Dr Scott has always been an amazing doctor, however, the newer optician (Amy) is always very snotty and rude. She was not sure of what our insurance covered and gave me the number to call then when we came back to order glasses I explained and she was still rude. She needs to take some customer service skill set classes. We have been coming here for years and this is making us think about finding a different optometrist.
I and a number of my friends and family members have been seeing Dr. Scott for over 30 years. He is very good at what he does. Eye don't know what I'll do if he retires... :-)
Dr. Scott takes excellent care our family's eye care needs. He doesn't rush in and out, he gives plenty of time at our appointments. I would rate him high on caring about his patients, attention to detail and listening to my concerns. He has done the best job in caring for my eyes. I strongly recommend him and trust him to take the best care of my eye care needs.
I have been seeing Dr Scott for over 30 years. Kind and experienced. Won't leave until he retires or I expire!
Dr Scott is really nice however it is extremely frustrating trying to get your glasses.. They are horrible and mess up your lenses and take ages to get them to you... Then to be redone because they are messed up... Should never take months to get new glasses
This guy is a prince among men and a heck of a bird hunter. He and his staff are so warm and homey that I feel more like I'm visiting my brother than my eye doctor. Some event put their schedule behind on the day of my appointment, but I told them that I needed to leave for another appointment and they put me on a fast track. Dave even ate his lunch on the run so I could get out in time to get where I needed to go. I tried some other docs once, but never again. Dr. Scott is my eye doctor.
Best eye doctor ever, I give him and his staff a hundred thumbs up!!! Thanks for making my visits as painless as possible.
