Dr Scott has always been an amazing doctor, however, the newer optician (Amy) is always very snotty and rude. She was not sure of what our insurance covered and gave me the number to call then when we came back to order glasses I explained and she was still rude. She needs to take some customer service skill set classes. We have been coming here for years and this is making us think about finding a different optometrist.
