very unfriendly receptionists We have had a few appt's at cholla pediatrics and I'm not all that impressed. The receptionists there are very rude. I think they should either get rid of the current one's and hire new one's or send them to customer/patient service training. The wait time of the 4 times we've been there have been absolutely horrible. Twice we have had to wait for 45 minutes and after all the waiting and being seen and all we had spent almost an hour and a half at the stinkin dr's office. That is just ridiculous... read more
Easy to get an appointment After finding the need to change pediatricians, we came across Cholla pediatrics. We called and were able to get appointments within a week, despite it being cold season! They have several different doctors and several different locations, so it is really easy to be seen. They are very kind at this pediatrician's and definitely worth your time.
