Was not Completely satisfied. This attorney knew his law and was very knowledgable to us. We went to have our wills made up. The office ws not well kept. It really needed to be dusted and the floors really needed to be done. There was stuff on the carpet that blew in from outside. Not a good first impression. The Lawyer was good. When we went to pick up the wills we had to wait a very long time for the paperwork. Too long.

Very Satisfied First let me say, of all the offices I spoke with in the Cleburne area about my child custody case, his secretary was the most polite and friendly. The attorney has a very serious personality but he was extremely knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and was very honest about how he felt about my case and me filing it right now. His office was a little out dated but please don't let that fool you. He and his staff are very professional and helpful.

Unfriendly & Argumentive Service A friend of mine needed a divorce attorney. They decided to set an appointment with David E. Houston. Their first (and last) impression was so horrible, they decided to go elsewhere for their divorce proceedings. Their Impression: "Office was in a complete mess. Excellent Attorney! Mr. Houston and his staff are very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. Any questions or concerns I had were answered by Mr. Houston. When the case went before the Judge, Mr. Houston presented the case and the hearing went very well.

i always win with david today, my fiancée received sole custody of his children thanks to the hard work and dedication of Mr. Houston. it was a long drawn out battle with many road blocks, but Mr. Houston shot them all down, even taking on the ag's office and crushing them with a great argument. I used Mr. Houston on my own divorce last year and was rushed into court with no delay. my sister used him in her divorce and custody hearing 10 years ago and won custody of her child and 90 % of the assets.
