Kylie my tech, Dr Nguyen, and the front desk staff were thoughtful and thorough during my 3rd followup today. Kylie made sure I was comfortable during my belly and vaginal ultrasounds. Dr Nguyen was kind and took time to explain my anatomy and how things had progressed (thankfully positively). I hope I neverrrrr have to go back to this office again. I’ve never had any issues with the people at the desk or most of the ultrasound techs but the providers here besides Dr. Dowling & Dr. Gollin are cold & not very sympathetic when giving information. As a first time my anxiety was already high when my OB referred me here for a second anatomy scan of my baby. My first ever visit here on my anatomy scan it was discovered my baby had a VSD (which I know now is more common than I thought & will cause my baby no complication... read more
I had a great experience with Specialty OB of SD. Clean/modern office, friendly front desk staff, great ultrasound technology. We loved seeing our baby boy!
The medical biller Lori is really rude and difficult to work with. She won’t even let you speak on the phone and is very short with you. She is very pushy and threatens patient about going to collections instead of working with patients which goes against what healthcare and caring for patients is all about.
The staff here are so unpleasant. The first time I went, I had to stand there for 10 min while the woman at the desk ignored me. Like others, there was no greeting, just “last name.” You would think she worked in a prison. Later, in trying to make an appointment, I had to listen to the receptionist drone on and on about why they don’t have room. They do not respect your time, but they expect you to respect theirs.
