If I could give ZERO stars I would. Today my wife and I had our first appointment with SOSD. We were expecting twins, thus we were referred to this practice by our general OBGYN. It was one of the worst healthcare experiences we have had in a long time, if ever. We were "greeted" by the two front desk staff members with nothing more than a glance as we walked in and then were asked "last name?" No welcome, no smile, no warmth. Was referred here because I am AMA. Third pregnancy, very low risk factors except my age. The visits seemed unnecessary but I kept going at the advice of my OBGYN. Saw multiple providers and ultrasound techs. Some more friendly than others but no overall complaints. Then my last appointment, the provider didn't even see me. Told the ultrasound tech that everything was "fine" and I could go. Couldn't even bother to put their head in the room for a "hello" or anything. Came back for my last visit before delivery. Absolutely shameful practice. I’m 30 weeks pregnant and was not able to be seen during my appointment today due to having my 6 year old and husband with me. Per their policy, children under 8 are not allowed in the room during an ultrasound scan. They say that they have this policy in place to prevent any distractions or misbehavior. My 6 year old is very well behaved and has attended many appointments of mine with absolutely 0 issue. He sits quietly and watches. I've called them for my scan which is referred by my doctor. The lady who picked up the call was very rude. I was telling her something and she wants to hang up the call. That was insane and pathetic
I think I wrote a different review for doctor ahn within this practice. But my experience with these doctors was excellent... I had severe lupus nephritis and extensive complications. They did a great job helping me through, helping me through multiple emergencies both before and after the birth. I'd highly recommend them. I'm surprised how low the reviews are, based on my experience with them.
