Dr. Dormandy is very good about answering questions and concerns I post in the portal. The last 2 times I have used the portal, Dr. has responded in less than thirty minutes. Thank you!!
Dr. Dormandy, always cares about his patients. He’s the kind of provider that’s always on top of things in regards to patients blood work, immunizations, blood pressures etc. He will go above and beyond to make sure nothing is overlooked. Dr. Dormandy, takes his work seriously and genuinely wants what’s best for his patients in regards to living a healthy life while still building a good patient provider relationship.
Had a visit 1-2 years ago to try and establish a relationship with a new PCP as I was new in town, and also to seek advice on an unexpected fainting spell that was confusing and scary for me. After describing the concerns I had about having fainted, Dr. Dormandy’s exact words were, “What would you like me to do about it?” I’d never been treated like that before and am still confused about why he wanted me to do his job, and why he thought to take such a belittling tone with a patient - especially a first-time visitor. I’ve been seeing Dr. Dormandy since 2018, and I truly can’t say enough good things. He’s consistently kind, attentive, and incredibly thorough. No matter what concern I bring up, he always takes the time to listen, explain things clearly, and offer reassurance. I never feel rushed or dismissed. It’s rare to find a provider who genuinely cares, and I’m so grateful to have him as my primary. Highly recommend!
