Funny billing. I paid with my credit card for the full amount - $48 - for four separate visits. Medicare and Blue Shield reimbursed him $38.12 for each visit. I never received a refund or adjustment for the difference. So, he received payment from my credit card for each visit - $48 plus $38.12 reimbursement from Medicare/Blue Shield = $86.12. The Medicare/Blue Shield should have come to me, not the doctor.
I had a nasty fall this year and was in incredible pain all over. Dr. Donaldson's treatment of my severely sprained wrist and the other parts of my body that were out of alignment was brilliant. I was actually woozy when I got up because there was so much done. After a brief walk around the parking lot, I felt like new. Thanks!
Dr. Donaldson is a GREAT chiropractor, does NOT do violent adjustments and when I've tweaked my neck & back he's fixed me up very nicely, quickly and affordably on two separate occasions! You can only go right with Dr. Donaldson!
I suffer from chronic sciatica and have had 6 treatments with Dr. Donaldson. My condition has improved. Dr. Donaldson is Chiropractic Physician who is professional ,very thorough, very informative and caring. I highly recommend Dr. David Donaldson for anyone seeking pain relief through Chiropractic treatment.
When I showed up at Dr. Donaldsons office I could not stand up straight due to getting stampeded over by a horse, I was in such pain, Dr. Donaldson took extra time with me as a new patient and through time helped me to be able to stand up, I am still under his care and will need continued care but I am so Thankful that he is my chiropractor, and that he is in Petaluma. I strongly recommend his services, you will not be sorry you went. He is a miracle worker for sure.
