I had such a great experience here! I brought in my watch for repair, and the master did an excellent job fixing it quickly and with great care. The service was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They even ordered and installed an original crystal from the Netherlands for a very reasonable price, which really impressed me. Very helpful staff. I've been coming here since it was inside Oak Queen Mall. The new owner ( Michael, I believe.) was pleasantly helpful. Repaired my necklace $20.00. Plus picked up 2 pairs of earrings, great prices for beautiful pieces.
