This time was great, as far as the wait time goes. It was much, much better. Doctor Wright is so, so nice and helpful and caring. Thank you.

Recognizing that the center was very, very busy on the day that I was in, I must say they did an outstanding job with processing all the people with the constant flow of patients coming in. The lab staff, the PA and Dr. Wright were all fantastic. I appreciate their care and concern and wish everyone the best and please stay safe.
Dr. Wright is outstanding. He is empathic and empathetic. He is kind. He is smart. He is just the best doctor and I recommend him as much as I can. I am very grateful for his patience with me, his bedside manner, his talent, his demeanor and professionalism as well as his obvious capability as an oncologist and I`m grateful for him.
I was very satisfied with everything. Actually, I was totally surprised at the professionalism and the amount of time that I had to spend there. I was apprehensive, but I was very satisfied with everything.
You all are great down there, so you get an above average rating.
His office staff is incompetent. I had to call at least 6 times to follow up for a call back to discuss blood test results, and he still never called. He didn't show up for a scheduled Telehealth appointment. Does not follow up, and my impression is that he does not care about patients. Still have not heard from him.

I was very pleased with my visit however scheduling the appointment I was on hold for over an hour and chose the option for them to call me back, nobody called me back. Had to call again and was on hold for at least thirty minutes. So I believe your scheduling could be better.
Dr. David Wright is a wonderful doctor. I would recommend him to anyone.
