My treatment by Dr. Wright, the nurses and lab technicians has been great. But, I have to express that there is one woman at the front desk, that has a very poor and displeasing demeanor. There were multiple times that I had observed and dealt with her. Older gray haired woman that wears glasses. She is not a person that is well at greeting and responding to your patients. Overall, others at this location are very polite, kind and compassionate of your patients.
Dr. Wright takes time and patience with you. He truly cares for his patients and goes the extra mile to make you comfortable and cared for.
Dr. Wright and Sara Beeler are amazing! They really take the time to talk with me and answer all of the questions I have. This is all so new and so much information, but they make you feel very comfortable!
Always feel so encouraged by Dr Wright’s positivity !! What a wonderful model for all doctors (current and future) to emulate!!
The take home chemo pump is NOT very reliable and I have to always call customer service. The only issue that I have.
Surprised how busy the Center has become the last 10 years. Dr. Wright is always fun to see. Good natured as you will see.
Crowded. The 18 pages to fill out seemed a bit excessive. Waits were long to get in & to check out. Nelly & Dr. Wright were both very nice. Glad they offer Telehealth visits. Parking took forever & I was almost late. Staff were all very nice. Had to wait on hold for 15 minutes when I called the next day. Overall the experience was pretty good.
Continuing my care with Dr Wright and his pa seems to the same care by Dr Robbin.
The visit with the doctor was great(Sara) but the parking lot was a disaster! I love this staff!
