He refused to fill out a paper to verify that my mom is a heart patient. He was her doctor when she had a heart attack years ago. Zing Health may cancel her if this is not handled. They even said this is unacceptable.They claimed to have faxed the paper to him to have him fill it out. The situation is still pending. He is actually in Zing Health network. Go figure.
