What a class act Salience is! Every single person I have interacted with at both the Plano and McKinney locations is amazing! Dr. Crumpacker has a way of making you feel optimistic and hopeful! I am currently undergoing TMS therapy, which necessitates daily visits for six weeks. The young lady administering the treatment, Jaelyn, is kind, thoughtful, and extremely knowledgeable! Abi, my NP at the McKinney office is also wonderful. I feel cared for and listened to. I cannot recommend Salience enough! Thank you so much all of ... read more

Dr. Crumpacker and I have been Doctor and patient for over 20 years. My recent visit confirms that he is kind, but he is also insightful and has helped me, guided me and frankly saved my life. I don't feel alone as I walk through the storm. Mark Lee Kirchmeier.

This states that he is accepting new patients but that is not true! If you have been to Salience they will tell you he is not accepting new patients and if you see their NP, then you can't get an appointment with Dr. Crumpacker. He is probably a very good psychiatrist, but we were never afforded the opportunity to book an appointment with him. Salience does not care about the person they care about TMS

Worst run office, most inept and uncaring people. The front office has no clue about the doctor's profession. I completed a request for a 1st appt listing all the issues that I believe have contributed to my mental anguish, which includes Tourettes, pain from being run over by a drunk driver, abuse as a child, mobility issues and how all of this was causing Depression, Anxiety and difficulties coping with life. They said that they cannot see me because they don't treat Tourettes and can't treat my pain. What It's clear they ... read more
