The most unprofessional environment. Dr. Lemmel is very patronizing and shows no interests in helping patients be well. His staff is so rude. No one takes leadership in patient care. Hand washing is unseen. Nurses are coughing without covering their mouths. When I asked questions they were annoyed. Beyond disappointed. Do not schedule with this office. There is no true interest in helping the well being of the patients they see.
I have been a patient of DR. Lemmel over 10 years and I think he has done a great job! I have had several procedures done and he has always informed me of the results with a follow up.I would highly recommend him to family and friends! Thank you Doctor and staff for all the great care!
I have been to Lemmel on multiple visits and he hasn't helped whatsoever, in fact it seems like he doesn't really care and brushes anything I say off like it doesn't matter. He seems knowledgeable but he got lost in the american way of recommend a pill that doesn't help for everything somewhere in the process. Essentially he has no idea what's wrong with me and has no willingness whatsoever to send me to someone who actually does. Extremely unimpressed. A monkey could do a better job.
Dr. Pound takes extra time to explain all treatment options. A kind,gentle family doctor attitude but has the information on new study's and treatment plans for HepC and bowel desease.
No follow up, none. Wants to do a procedure ASAP, then disappears.
