I do not understand why they would have anything less than a 5 star review. Anyone and everyone in this office from the doctor to the assistants, and the front desk gal have been nothing but kind, curious, professional, and upfront with their procedures, payments, dental work, and process. We appreciate them and highly recommend them! Thank you ladies for treating us so well!
I had to have some work done . It was done o.k. but that heavy set woman in the front Shelly makes loud remarks ,is rude and she bills me and overcharged me. Saying the insurance did not pay it all. I go back to pay the difference and she says I'm payed up with 36 dollars credit. She doesn't refund it there ,thinking I'm going to let her keep it. Great doctor and great front staff
So this was my first time to have dental work done at Dr Wades office. WOW …… The staff was amazing, welcoming and super friendly. Corena, who cleaned my teeth was so professional, thorough and had the perfect touch. Finally, Dr Wade was really friendly, knowledgeable and explained every detail, she repaired my cavities while I was in total comfort and we spoke about my dental goals for this coming year. Very clean office, friendly staff and most gentle & kind dentist. I am usually terrified of dental work but Dr. Tiffany explained everything, was patient and helped me to feel at ease.
