I have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Chan but not a good experience with the person scheduling appointments. I have had three surgeries with Dr. Chan over the past year. I broke my right wrist 3 weeks ago in a third world country and was not seen by a physician but was X-rayed and splinted. I am a family physician.
