He not only cared for my husband’s medical issues, he cared for him as one would not expect - he genuinely cared for my husband and every single visit he showed this to him! Dr Cai is exceptional! He spent so much time visiting about concerns and reviewing CT with us. He was conservative yet aggressive with his treatment. He listens and got to know us well. We felt heard and had clear direction on next steps for care. Amazing doctor.
