We are having an emergency allergic reaction after our appointment and no one is answering no one is on call. They keep taking payments but we never get face time and now we are facing a serious emergency and no response!
My daughter stopped in for literally 4 mins over the summer to get the upper perm retainer removed, doctor was not even in. I get a bill for $225 even though I've paid thousands for treatment of both of my daughters there. It should have been included in the treatment plan. Place has changed and is clinic setting now getting as many kids as they possibly can because they just want your money.
The front office staff are super friendly and helpful. It does seem they have more patients they can have if you need a follow up appointment or a unexpected visit. My son wants his braces off. I want him to get taken off! The office scolded me for not going through the process. Said she would call back didn't I called again. Scolded me and annoyed. I travel 30 minutes just to see Dr. Caggiano. I could have picked a number of closer orthodontist but no one gets the job done like Dr. Caggiano!
I just finished a year of Invisalign treatment with Dr. Caggiano. I am extremely happy with my results! Dr. Caggiano and his staff are extremely kind, patient, and professional. I recommend his practice to everyone! Thank you for a wonderful experience and perfect smile!
