I do not recommend this Dr office nor will I utilize them again. Procedure was set up in September for DEC 10. There was an issue with coding from Tricare wanted two separate codes as opposed to the one code. Got a call on DEC 01 to let me know this. Today is DEC 08 I call to check if everything is ok if not I can get it fixed. Well it wasn’t so I was going to jump through hoops and fix it since there is still time. Come to find out the Dr had already pulled me from the schedule last week without the office notifying me.
I went in cause I been sick for eight weeks after going to emergency room twice for severe stomach pain til I was in tear. I am still in pain. Still throwing up they schedule me an apt they did not keep after taking the energy to get dressed go to apt when I should have been resting I called them morning of the apt no body answered the phone at eight thirty am. Dr doesn’t keep appointments no notice o nothing I a horrible pain been throwing up for about eight weeks got a referral from Dr appointment was still not kept there right this doctor s money hungry and so is his staff
I was dying when I went to this doctor. He worked with me until he found what was wrong. He and his practioner are wonderful hard working professionals
Made an appointment. Waited a month for it, not able to eat. I show up and they have to reschedule me because he is doing procedures and I wasn’t even supposed to be scheduled at that time. Fine. I am not a stranger to doctor’s front desk mistakes. I make another appt in the time he does takes patients, another month not eating. I get a call telling me that I have to be rescheduled because he is doing procedures. What? What is the point of an appointment then if I am just going to be written over these “procedures”?
