Did this psychologist ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Does this psychologist always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only client. Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her

Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this psychologist's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? No, they close exactly on schedule despite any circumstances Was the waiting area spacious? No, but I can always find a seat

Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations Does this psychologist promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood

They always try to get me in as soon as possible Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Did this psychologist prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes
