I had a breakdown while travelling through Victoria, and David got me back on the road in super quick time. He waited past closing time for my van to get towed to the workshop to asses what needed doing and explained everything thoroughly. A very genuine and friendly guy — I would happily make him my regular mechanic if I didn’t live 4000 kms away!
I have been taking my car to David for years. He's one of *the most* reliable, trust-worthy and upstanding people I've met. Highly recommended to my family who also take their car to be serviced by David. I would give 10 stars if I could!
He is definitely the best and honest doesn't take advantage special me being a female that doesn't know much. He actually takes the time to explain and also does his magic on finding any part that need to be replaced. His customer service is outstanding. He definitely left a fantastic impression with what he does and David Brown is absolutely outstanding person! It makes a 100% difference when someone like David Brown with his incredible people skills. Hats off to this hard working sole.
I had white smoke coming from my engine, called David late in the afternoon and he was exceptionally helpful with advice, assisting with a tow truck and getting my car looked at and repaired very quickly (fortunately it was cracked hose and nothing more serious!). Not only was it quick but the service was exceptional, friendly and David had my best interests in price always in mind. I am now loving all of my car servicing to him.
