My father died in February. Now in November the only thing that Bradley has done is set up an appointment with a judge to name me executor, and avoid any phone calls. Any other case that he is on is more important, and I have been basically paying him to allow me to do his job. I have learned a lot about probate law though. Like the fact that this far into probate I shouldn't be getting letters and calls from mortgage companies!
