The visit with Dr Becker was great. However, I have sent a message on “My Chart” several days ago and have not received a reply to my question! I also requested a refill on a prescription from CVS and the sent Dr Becker a request and after 3 days they have not replied, so I called and could only talk to some rude representative (Sharon) who told me they were busy. Why have a family doctor if they don’t care or too busy to be your doctor!
Great visit! Had an appointment on short notice. My regular doctor was unable to see you. Great to deal with! Hope to see him again!
Dr. Becker is always pleasant and he listens to me with whatever issue I'm having. He's a very good doctor and a kind man...
