He sends cards out in the neighborhood that say free first visit, wrong!! They did a gum exam and billed me. Him and his hygienist sat me down and basically treated me like I was an idiot. She told me she was going to show me how to brush my teeth. I'm a RN for over 20 yrs. They were intimidating and insulting. Then when I didn't book an appointment. They billed me.

This new office is ridiculous. Now he has raised his rates. He was very expensive before and now even more. If you schedule with him you can expect a one to two hour appointment, most of that will be spent waiting on him. I needed a crown, and two fillings. He work is good however very expensive and he left me in my temporary crown for 3 months, I was rescheduled once and told he hurt his back, and then told he was on vacation. He very good with filligs and technical work. He loves expensive gadgets and tests. These hi tech tests, which never seem to find much of anything, make his services rather expensive. My MetLife dental insurance never covered much more than 60-70% of the bill. With tests, a typical 6-month cleaning bill would run $160-$290.
