I previously had 2 cortisone shots in my wrist. I explained that they didn’t help and I even felt like it made my wrist worse. I’m no doctor but if someone told me that I wouldn’t recommend a 3rd cortisone shot… However, that’s precisely what Dr. Bakal suggested. I would steer clear of UCSD for any significant injuries requiring top notch care.
