I have never seen a business give themselves a five star review. Its actually comical. I quit going here years ago and it was the best decision I ever made. However today I almost lost my dad because the "Pill Mill" is trying to be a heart specialist. Sorry but it's time for this place to retire!
I just got a call fro a neurological test office. I asked them why they want to make an appointment for me and they said my doctor requested it. This test was never discussed with me and I do not need it If Baggette wants me to take a test he needs to explain to me why
I’ve been a patient for many many years. I adore Dr Baggett for so many reasons. The Office Staff, on the other hand, is horrible. I don’t want to paint the entire crew with the same brush, as several of them are obviously caring pleasant people who appear to genuinely like their jobs. But Gretchen is absolutely not a happy or well adjusted person. Gretchen is nasty, snarky, devoid of compassion and seems to be spoiling for a fight with every interaction. Adding my two cents to reiterate that the reviews are true. Don’t be like me and think you’ll have a different experience, even if one of your friends has been a lifelong happy customer. I believe most of the good reviews are from customers like my friend who have been seeing him for literally decades.
