I've been going here for decades and it has absolutely gone in an downward turn for the worst! I can definitely see them having to go out of business because of the nurses they have, that think they're bigger than the program. Also telling me how the office is prescribing her adderall😬. Very unprofessional! Just tried to change an appointment 48 hours out, and because it was a physical and I was going to be in there for 10 minutes versus five minutes, they said I had to have changed it 72 hours prior because I didn’t get my labs done in time, and wanted to charge me $45 for this. On top of that, they won’t even change my appointment or cancel it even though I’m calling two days out. This practice has done a downward spiral over the years and my mom will bo linger be an experiment for them. He is no longer able to do his job but no one is ready to have that conversation...NO stars if I could
