Dr. Meyer is very nice and tries to be helpful. However, he is not proactive. I struggled through pain and suffering for a year before he finally found a diagnosis. He only ordered blood tests which always showed nothing rather than order a CT scan (which I had to demand). I knew something was not right but, because my symptoms were not Crohn's related, he did nothing to find the appropriate diagnosis. By the time he ordered a scan, I needed surgery as soon as possible. Again, nice doctor, but not proactive enough.
I had life threatening issues because of his misleading me about not having surgery.
Dr. Meyers is one of the best doctor that I have visited for a long time. He believes in providing quality care with seeking the best outcome for his patients. I am no longer with Kaiser Permanente and wish there was a way I can pay out of pocket to get him to do my Colonoscopy.
This doctor was very nice and patient.
