It does not get any uglier than my experience with Dr. Hair's business. First, constant control with a mask and disinfectants, breathing my own CO2, then they determined I needed cataract surgery and the eye doctor was apparently unaware of non-invasive treatments. So, I went with the glasses, over $500 for the lenses and a minimum of 130 plus for frames, told to me by an optician with an aggressive and hostile attitude, take it or leave it. Dr. Hair is such an excellent dr. He has done my husband (he had several issues which Dr. Hair and Cindy handle great) and then I had to have surgery and again they were outstanding been going here about 10 years...don't care to go anywhere else.
Dr. Hair is amazing... however, his office manager Cindy is RUDE!
Dr. Hair is outstanding! He's extremely knowledgeable, competent, communicative, thoughtful and caring. Had double cataract surgery and am well pleased and very satisfied. Along with his offices, staff, and convenient surgery center located right next door, it made my whole experience one of peace and trust. I have already recommended him to my friends at church and would do so for anyone, especially those who are afraid to have eye surgery or those who have had major disappointments with other eye doctors. He is fantastic!

Never met him but his staff double billed my insurance, denied they made a mistake and were very rude when we tried to clear up their mistake. Turned them over to my insurance company. Not worth dealing with that type of unprofessional conduct from an office staff. Thanks Andrew and Cindy we are never coming back.
Excellent service and relieved all fear about the surgery
I have a genetic eye diagnosis that's dangerous and painful if not treated immediately and correctly. I've had unfortunate past experiences with two other doctors locally. I interviewed Dr Hair in advance of this flare up, years ago. He assured me he'd help immediately with kindness. When I hurt badly, kindness is everything. Well it happened again !!! I drove 2, 1/2 hrs. home to be seen. He squeezed me in his full schedule and cared for me as promised. Complete respect !!
