This morning I woke up with an eye problem that needed attention. Northeast Eye Surgeons, Stow, OH office could see me this afternoon. I had an excellent visit at this practice. The staff was welcoming, cheerful, professional and organized from check-in to thorough exam. Dr. Becker explained each step and took time to to answer my questions without rushing. Wonderful staff and doctor!
Normally go to the Stow office and my issue caused enough concern to fit me in same afternoon in Kent. Very thorough and detailed exam. I really appreciated the knowledge and professionalism they brought to discuss my situation. I feel comfortable with the diagnosis and plan of action. What more could you ask for. Dr Beckett is a big part of a Great Team! Thank you!
