I recently called the office and was unsure if I was speaking to a real person. Once I realized it was, I said hello twice before she responded with a blunt 'How can I help you?' without any greeting. When I politely said 'Good morning,' she simply said 'Okay' and hung up. I tried calling back twice, and both times I went straight to voicemail. I’m sure the doctor is excellent, but unfortunately, the staff’s behavior was dismissive and unprofessional. Dr. Adams has been an incredible part of my life since 2017 as my psychologist. With his insight, patience, and practical tools, I’ve been able to work through some of my toughest life challenges while growing both personally and professionally. His guidance has truly made a lasting impact on my life. I’m deeply grateful for the support and perspective he continues to provide.
Very demeaning and condescending. Not helpful at all. Offered no meaningful advice. Continued to ask me, what I thought I needed to do. Waste of time and money.
