Our experience with David Associates is one that can be characterized with a single word: rude. Nick Cataldo has time and again ensured to be rude. Nevermind that we are all hardworking families in a world that is getting more expensive and difficult to manage by the day. Nevermind that they are providing housing, a basic necessity and could do so easily with a smile. Horrible company. You can't get help on the phone, nor via email. It takes forever to speak to a real person to resolve issue. They got my email incorrect in their records and I been trying to resolve some issue like setting up a payment system. All they are good for is collecting money. Codi can do a much better job. 3324 Jackson Heights.
