Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Yes! They couldn't do anything they told me they would be able to Was this provider's staff friendly? Not Really Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them Would you recommend this psychiatrist to others? Absolutely Not Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? All the time, and they usually don't notify me until right before my scheduled appointment

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. Did this provider answer all of your questions? Some were answered Was this provider's staff friendly? Friendly Enough Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I felt confused and uneasy when I left Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Are you going to visit this provider again? Only if I couldn't find a better substitute

Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Was it easy to find parking at this psychiatrist's office? Yes, it was convenient Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? No, no one seemed to notice I was there

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Not really, I was hoping for someone with more experience Did this provider have bad breath? Not at all, I didn't notice a smell. Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Kind of, but not very much
