Would never go there again. Very rude no one gives a crappie to help customers. They will go out of business very easy that way
Emailed DAR in Fremont about a bike I was interested in. Received two replies from sales manager Chad Wilks with pricing info and stopped in the following Saturday. The showroom was not busy at all, one other customer/couple yet I was completing ignored and walked out after 15 minutes. I was ready to try and work out a purchase, even had the title to my bike in hand for a trade in. I followed up with another email to Chad Wilks letting him know of my poor experience and now he won't respond.
I want to thank Garrett in the service department for the phone help on my 82 virago with his help today I got my bike started thank you again Garrett
Best motor sports shop in West Michigan! If you haven't already been their go check them out. They have outstanding customer service
