RecommendedGreat dealership with very friendly staff and a huge inventory of vehicles, parts and accessories. The dealership owner himself is there everyday greeting customers, interacting with staff, etc.. This is not your typical motorsports dealership! Go check them out as I’m sure you will find your experience to be a good one!
Brand New Bike had less than 10 hours on the hour meter and sounded like grinding coming from the kick start area. Brought it to be fixed David Allen stated broken bolt in the kickstarter. Honda covered the repairs. Not 1/2 hour into the next time riding it went again, but now it split the case. The refused to fix this time, saying that Honda Rep stated that it's the way it is being kickstarted and that it's our fault. Went there several times the past few weeks.. every time we were greeted and asked if we needed help. Parts guys are very knowledable and helped us get several things for birthdays and Christmas. Good prices and lots of selection! Thank you!
Honestly not sure why there are so many bad reviews. From the moment I stepped through the doors for the very first time, until I walked out the last time with two brand new snowmobiles, my experience was nothing less than spectacular. Maybe I got lucky, I doubt it. As a first time buyer, I don't think I could be more pleased with the service I got. Whether it was with Tonya in sales, or Justin in parts, it was all great.
