Not David’s fault but wanting all buyers to beware for Legacy. We discovered multiple 1/8"+ cracks in our foundation while replacing warped floors—floors that warped because Legacy failed to install a vapor barrier during original construction. While they did cover the cost of floor replacement, we’ve had to pay out-of-pocket to move furniture, miss work, and we’re still waiting on flooring to be completed in an upstairs bathroom—now over two weeks later.
