I've worn orthotics since 1971 and my most recent pair, made in '87 have bee fantastic until I blew out a Nike Air insole and aggravated my rt foot. Dr. Yount was dismissive to my requests to work with my existing orthotics in ways that have 2x in the past rehabbed me with other podiatrists, both out of state. B4 this I ran and lead a very active life. Yount's main goal was a cortisone injection and then he did an unrequested re-arching my rt orth, making it unwearable. Stay away from this guy
I have seen Dr. Yount a couple of times for different problems. Great service all around and great bedside manner. He was happy to explain what was going on in my case using diagrams and models. I have only visited him in his advanced foot and ankle clinic and the entire staff was friendly and efficient.
Horrible service and the Dr, should be ashamed of himself!!
