No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Was this dermatologist friendly? Friendly Enough

Yes everything was neat and sterile Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes, but very little Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? I was extremely disappointed. First, Dr. Shearer treated me like I was the 1,000th patient he had seen that day and did not give any thought to my individual issues and needs. He prescribed me what he clearly prescribed to everyone. It did nothing for me. I went back for a follow-up appointment in which I was given a new prescription. This is where the story gets really interesting. Later that day, I ended up misplacing the piece of paper that the prescription was written on. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. All of my questions were answered fully during the appointment, which really put my mind at ease. It was extremely informative.
