Very professional, friendly and exceptional service.
'Bedside manner' sucks. Dr. Saperstein, MD may be a competent surgeon but my confidence in a care provider's skills depends upon how I feel about the physician's demeanor towards me. As a patient, I deserve and have a right to appropriate care, respect, and a full understanding of any diagnosis and treatment the physician provides without feeling they were dismissive of me.
