I was happy to have finally found someone that listens to me. Caroline Schwab cares about her patients, and I wish I could’ve followed up with her. I was scheduled a follow up appointment with her about a week ago, and I was called one hour before that appointment and was told that my appointment needed to be cancelled because my insurance denied my last appointment and I would have to self pay.
