Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes

Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely! Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything! Would you recommend this provider to others? Yes Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious

Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this gastroenterologist's office? Yes Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding

Dr. Morowitz is a "doctor'sdoctor." He has some of the style of Marcus Welby with a wealth of information. His referrals to experts have been excellent. First rate.
