I had a really great experience here. They were prompt, the receptionist was helpful and friendly, and Raymond Kreiger could not have been more patient and helpful.
Let me start by saying that I never saw a provider here. I wanted to see somebody and even scheduled an appointment through their website but when I showed up for the appointment (after confirming it via text and email) they said they “weren’t connected to the zocdoc portal” Allow me to reiterate, I made this appointment by clicking on a link on their website. Long wait times, rude and disrespectful staff, bogus co-payment and bills. I’m giving 2 stars because Raymond Krieger is a genuinely nice guy but I still felt rushed every time I was there and he forgot to send in one of my prescriptions the last time after my last visit which took over a week to resolve. I’ve been coming here for over a year and my condition hasn’t improved much.

PA treated my son for almost a year with out considerable changes and problem reoccurring. Which was fixed by another doctor’s office (he recommended) in a fraction of time after wasting one year. Their insurance deductibles changes each visit based on the front office staff. Now they are sending bills to collect the deductibles. Beware of the shady billing practices .
