Don’t waste your money, had my case over a year and did nothing. I actually mean nothing at all. When I contacted him a year after paying my retainer, he responded “I was just going to look at your case”. Then said he would send a letter to neighbors.” I then asked for all my paperwork back. At that point I gave up 90% of what I paid him.
Not a morally straight person by any means...willing to aid in the fleecing of elderly peoples $$ ...when they have dementia...Not good at honoring peoples bequests... His own parents thought him to be disgraceful...and they were wonderful, loving, caring folks. Steer clear of this practice.

Do your due diligence before paying upfront retainers. Some people should not be allowed to charge funds upfront as they give a bad name to those that do their work, meet the timelines they set forth and set up clear expectations of what your retainer provides in terms of the services they offer. This review is for those that don’t have money to blow, are not versed in legalese and think the best of people. Do your due diligence before paying someone for wasted time and money!!
