Best chiropractor I ever had. Very thorough, and attentive. Weeks of neck pain disappeared after one visit. Also, he gave me easy to follow ergonomic advice to prevent the problem from recurring.
I’m am very big on customer service and to me that starts with the first person you talk in person or on the phone at a business. The lady that answered the phone was rude after she told me someone had to get back with me to see if they took my insurance. I told her I got his info through my insurance providers website thinking that might be helpful and she said rudely “like I said, someone will have to get back with you because I don’t do that.” Some people assume others should know what their full job description is and wh... read more
