I found myself disappointed by Dr. Beaird's lack of communication and collaboration. When I received genetic testing results, he simply stated there was 'nothing significant' without providing detail, even though one abnormality was identified. It felt dismissive, as I would have appreciated a clearer explanation and understanding of what that meant for my health. I understand he looks at these all day, but this was new to me. I wish I could leave no stars. My first surgery was 8/9/21. It should've been 1 surgery, 2 days in the hospital. It ended up being 18 days in with 2 surgeries, the 2nd was emergency and 2 procedures the end of September. I'm STILL not ok and it's the end of December. Mine makes the 8th 1 star review, why are only 2 of the others available to read? He doesn't take patient concerns seriously. Appearantly my concerns were legitimate or there would have been no more problems. His ignoring my concern have led to my health problem... read more

So far, Dr. Beaird was quite professional and listened to all my concerns, especially that I have autism, ptsd, and am afraid of pain meds. Also the nurses in the surgery center are second to none.

If I could I wouldn’t even give one star. He does not need to be in practice as he is not qualified to be a surgeon. He was not honest with my family during my mother’s surgery and she almost died. She was in the hospital for over 2 months for an overnight procedure.

I did not feel comfortable with the level of expertise provided by this physician, nor his staff. He could not find an area using ultrasound that needed a biopsy. Two hours later, the ultrasound tech found it in under a minute and had him come down for the test. Then he says that the results will be available in 2 days. He leaves and his own nurse says he's wrong because he's not at the office on that day of the week. Three days later and multiple phone calls I still don't know my results.

I just recently had surgery and Dr. Beaird took Wonderful care of me. I have nothing but good things to say about him. He has a caring bed side manor. He is very professional and truly cares about his patients!!
