I came in last week to get a fill in and the gentleman who did my nails did a very bad job! I came in today to get my nails redone explaining to the manager the bad job and when he looked at my nails he said we needed to take them off and get a new set which I said fine! After doing my nails I was charged for the takeoff which should have been free and for whatever else a full $80! I just paid $110 last week when they messed my nails up! My experience at the salon itself was positive, but unfortunately afterwards was not as pleasant. I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure on Wednesday afternoon for an out of town wedding that Saturday. I had a bit of trouble finding the color I wanted and salon seemed a bit stained. Yet the service was really friendly so I didn't really mind. But later that evening my pedicure was already chipped. I was a bit upset but it wasn't too big of a deal.
