The experience was horrible and so was customer service, very rude. I went there yesterday and I wouldn’t even give them one star. They try to change their prices to make you pay more and charge you for extras that is not listed on their pricing board. The male manager doesn’t do nothing but kick his feet up on the counter, which is not sanitary and play games on his iPad like a little kid. I have nothing nice to say about this place. This lady charged me $40 for crappy service. The lady argued with me when I told her my nails were put on crooked. Mind you I was the only client she had and after showing her the pic of how I wanted my nails done she stated she can do it the exact way. I will never go back. This was my first and last time. The lady that’s always in there (not the blonde) is SO sweet I wish I could tip her more because she so polite and actually listens to what you want and does good. for awhile I just went to get powder over my natural nails because they were long and I wanted to protect them. she would be careful and soak them off and made sure not to break the nails I had spent so long growing. 10/10 honestly! just went back to get my nails done with just white acrylics and I talked to her again and remembered how nice she was, the prices ar... read more
